We’ve Been POSH’D

Saturday, August 11th, 2007

No not this site, but THIS SITE: Singapore’s first boutique property firm gets POSH’D.

poshd

On POSH’D,
“Ever visit other Real Estate websites for inspiration? Ever notice how many of them are VERY similar? We support those of you trying to break the mold and make the real estate sites on the web a better experience for everyone. We’re here to promote you and your fine work, but we also hope that up-and-coming site developers will be able to use Posh’d as a place for inspiration. We want to raise the bar for all Realtors and their sites. Submit your site, and if featured, be proud of your accomplishments! ”

May we have more hollywood-stunts and lush-neighborhoods to boast about.
As the Chief-Urbanite puts it, if we’re not having fun, don’t bother sweating over it.

It’s a Bond Bond

I’d marry a man only if he has good taste in shoes.
And this makes me wanna be a man, just because.

At that kinda price, it’s a steal.

Love Vagabond.

When Asked

Wednesday, August 8th, 2007

what are you afraid of regarding the future

people who are thinking only of making money,
they make a dangerous world.
or those who are only thinking about design.
you need conjunction between the two, its very rare but you
need someone who thinks about both, to get the right answer,
to make a better life in the future.

And therein lies the biggest equation of my life.

Wants for Sale

A couple in New York decides to paint their desires and sell them at the market price of the painted items. A painting of an iPhone there cost $649.17. “Buffalo wings” are already sold for $12.70. Good to note that “Sleep” is free.

And omg, they are the guys behind nycgarbage.com (that literally sells garbage in acrylic cubes, in the name or art). I think novelty has it’s limits and painting desires is little over-stretching it.

Angelina Jolie is surreal.
This painting pretty much sums up Tom Junod’s write up on that one woman whom every man wants to be with and every woman wants to be (and wants to be with).

“I place Angelina Jolie in this painting because she’s larger than life and needs several Daliesque pedestals to support her fame.”–BIO, the artist.

ps. that brad pitt’s head is so very apt. laughs.
